Sample & Approval
We build a sample unit based on your confirmed specs. Can’t visit Shenzhen? We do video inspections so you can approve quality before production starts.
Production
Your order goes into our SMT line once the sample is approved. Every cabinet is assembled to spec and tracked batch by batch through the production floor.
QC & Aging Test
Every screen runs a 24-hour aging test before it gets packed. We send you photos and a test report — you know exactly what’s shipping before it leaves.
Shipping & Tracking
Choose air, sea, or door-to-door. We work directly with freight partners and send tracking updates at every stage until the shipment reaches you.
Installation & After-Sales
Pre-tested at our factory before shipment. Our engineer stays on video call during installation. After delivery, software, config files, and remote support are all free — any time you need them.
