ES1000 Series Outdoor LED Display
The ES1000 is built around a standard 1000×1000mm cabinet. Need something different? Non-standard sizes — 1000×500mm, 1000×750mm, and 1500×1000mm — cover most custom layout requirements. Tight panel alignment and narrow bezels keep the image clean and gap-free, whatever the screen size.
Elegant Design
Clean lines, white aluminum, minimal finish. The ES1000 doesn't draw attention to itself — it lets the content do that. Panels align precisely, seams stay tight, and the surface stays flat. The result looks professional whether it's mounted on a building facade or standing in an open square.
Precision Aluminum Construction
The ES1000 cabinet pairs an aluminum module base with an extruded aluminum frame. P4.81 models use a plastic base instead. Either way, the structure resists warping under load and over time. Panels sit flatter, seams close tighter, and the screen surface stays consistent from edge to edge.
Efficient Cooling System
Heat management on the ES1000 runs on multiple levels: silent ball-bearing fans, natural convection, an aluminum fin rear cover, and a textured module base. Together they pull heat away fast and keep operating temperatures low. Components last longer, and performance stays consistent even through extended high-temperature use.
High-Quality LED Module
The 500×250mm module is fully sealed and waterproof, built to handle whatever outdoor conditions it faces. Each unit includes a built-in handle — installation is straightforward, and handling on-site stays safe. No special tools required for removal or replacement.
Safety Harness Design
Every module on the ES1000 has a built-in safety harness. During maintenance or a module swap, the harness keeps the unit attached to the cabinet — no risk of it slipping or falling. Paired with the module's built-in handle, one technician can handle the job alone, even several meters off the ground.
Common Cathode Power-Saving Design
The ES1000 accepts AC 100V–240V input and drives LEDs using a common-cathode low-voltage circuit. Power consumption drops by more than 40% compared to standard designs. Less power means less heat. Less heat means slower component wear. Over years of operation, that difference adds up.
IP65 Weatherproof Design
Both the front and rear of the ES1000 carry an IP65 rating. Rain, dust, snow — none of it gets in. Internal cable routing and weatherproof connectors keep power and signal connections protected and the installation looking clean.
Front and Rear Maintenance Access
Wall-mounted or freestanding, the ES1000 can be serviced from the front or the back. Modules come out quickly without taking the whole display apart. That keeps repair time short and reduces the complexity of on-site work — useful when access conditions aren't ideal.
